5 simple brain hacks for Business

Did you know that executive decisions, especially those we take in business take up so much energy??

 

For example, when you are learning a new education program ( I recently did an Oxford Uni course) and all you want to do is EAT after learning one page lol...

A great business is a result of great executive decisions..!

So how do we conserve this brain energy to ensure we use it where needed best??

 

1. Decide on what you want to wear the previous night / or wear the same clothes daily, new set of course :)  (think Steve Jobs / Mark Zuckerberg)!

2. Decide on what meals you are going to have the night before.

3. Decide on your plan of action and even a workout plan the night before.

4. If you are doing anything out of the norm such as a trip away etc, make sure you pack the night before since if you do that in the morning, you will just feel deflated the whole day thereafter when you should be having fun!

 

By implementing these simple brain hacks, you can be assured your executive decision making will be used most efficiently in the day and not wasted on the mundane tasks!
